Despierta is a Charlotte-based nonprofit delivering bilingual, trauma-informed mental health programs for youth and women.<\/strong> Through emotional support, education, and community connection, Despierta helps individuals navigate school, family life, and today\u2019s digital world with confidence. From middle school through motherhood, Despierta provides culturally responsive care and a strong sense of community where participants feel supported and equipped to thrive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
